Description
We are looking for a Front Desk cum Accountant to manage front office operations and support basic accounting functions.
The candidate should be professional, organized, and capable of handling administrative and accounting tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Attend calls, greet visitors, and handle front desk operations
Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
Handle emails, correspondence, and basic administrative duties
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups
Perform data entry and maintain accounting records
Assist in petty cash handling and bank reconciliation
Support audit-related works and documentation
Coordinate with residents, clients, suppliers, and staff when required
Requirements:
Basic knowledge and working experience in Tally
Experience in audit works and basic accounting tasks
Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, organized, and responsible
Previous experience in property management is preferred, or willingness to learn the field
Ability to multitask and work independently
Local Transfer only (Female preferred)
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Commerce,
Administration, or related field preferred.
