Description
We're a reputed business group’s – contracting, real estate, hotel & hospitality management division office urgently requires a female ‘Front Desk Executive’. Please read our below furnished requirements to put forth the candidature.
Job duties & responsibilities
• Receiving visitors/guests at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
• Answering, screening, forwarding incoming phone calls and/or take messages.
• Receiving, sorting, register entry & distribution of daily emails, letters, correspondences, invoices etc. to respective concerned.
• Draft - letters, correspondences, replies to emails etc.
• Emailing, scanning, faxing & file management (digital & hardcopy) of documents.
• Manage calendars by scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, reminding appointments etc. of management officials.
• All necessary secretarial jobs to management executives.
• Responsible to maintain office reception, visitor’s area, conference room. Timely checks of office equipment’s, office stationery/supplies etc.
• Coordinate & assists with all other departments of office; as & when required.

• Great attention to detail.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
• Good in desktop PC keyboard typing speed.
