Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Maintain front desk security and ensure cleanliness and order

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry

Provide general information to clients and direct them appropriately

Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional appearance and attitude

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
