Description

PURPOSE OF ROLE
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager- SP, the role comprises two functions: Front Office Tasks and, application processing and Visa guidance.

Responsible for the day-to-day front office jobs, such as answering phone calls, handling students’ documents, application submission to the universities, Study Visa guidance; etc.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Essential: Ability to work as part of a team and independently; excellent written and oral communication skills; well-developed organizational skills; to work with others and to convert initial enquiries into successful enrolments; a high level of attention to detail; excellent understanding of Front Office role and duties.

Languages:
English: Excellent read and written.

Computer:
MS Office
SAP & CRM: Desirable

EXPERIENCE
Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree with previous experience as a Front Office Administrator
