  • Welcoming visitors and clients
  • Responding to phone calls and emails
  • Schedule meetings, file documents
  • Maintain and manage office supplies stock and placing orders
  • Administration of company databases
  • Systematically filing important company documents
  • Schedule in-house and external events

 

Requirements & Skills

 

  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
  • Preferred Arabic speaking
  • Transferable visa
  • Immediate joining
