Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the front desk and reception area.
Train, schedule, and manage front office staff.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Maintain front office budget and monitor expenses.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
Monitor room inventory, reservations, and availability.
Prepare reports (occupancy, arrivals/departures, revenue).
Implement and maintain front office policies and procedures.
Key Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
Attention to detail and customer service orientation.
Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred).
Prior experience in a front desk or supervisory role (2–5 years).
Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
