Description

A prestigious hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our reception team and ensure excellent guest services.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front office operations, including reception, reservations, and guest services

Supervise and train front desk staff to maintain high service standards

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
Coordinate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Prepare reports and monitor performance metrics for the front office team

Requirements:
Previous experience in a Front Office/Guest Relations leadership role
Strong communication and leadership skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage
