Description
We are looking for a well-presented and professional Front Office Receptionist to manage the front desk and handle all administrative and customer service duties.
The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests, clients, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients professionally and ensure they are attended to promptly.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Manage appointment schedules, meeting rooms, and visitor logs.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Coordinate with other departments for communication and support.
Provide information to guests regarding company services, directions, or contacts.
Ensure adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and service standards.
