Description
We are seeking an experienced Fuel Station Maintenance Technician to handle the full scope of maintenance and repair operations across fuel stations. This includes fuel dispensers, underground and above-ground tanks, piping systems, electronic controllers, safety systems, and associated infrastructure.
Qualifications
Technical diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fuel Systems.
Minimum 3–5 years experience in fuel station maintenance or petroleum facilities.
Familiarity with systems like FSC3000, ATG, EMV, and fuel POS controllers is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and SOPs.
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and fluid systems.
Good documentation and reporting abilities.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for fuel dispensers (LPG, Petrol, Diesel).
Inspect, calibrate, and repair underground and above-ground storage tanks.
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical control panels, automatic tank gauging (ATG), and communication systems.
Install, test, and repair piping, filters, valves, and hoses in compliance with safety regulations.
Conduct pressure testing and leak detection on pipelines and tanks.
Ensure accurate calibration of dispensing equipment and maintain relevant logs.
Carry out scheduled inspections and respond to breakdowns and urgent service calls.
Work closely with operations and HSE teams to maintain site readiness and compliance.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, faults, spare parts, and servicing history.
Support in upgrading or commissioning new fuel station systems or equipment.
