Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Manage all day-to-day accounting transactions.
2.Prepare and maintain financial statements, including profit/loss and balance sheets.
3.Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
4.Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
5.Ensure accurate and timely bank transactions and payments.
6.Compute VAT, prepare, and compare VAT returns in compliance with local regulations.
7.Support internal and external audit requirements.
8.Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger and other financial records.
9.Respond to general customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments.
10.Assist in handling basic client communications unrelated to financial matters.
11.Support front-line service when needed to ensure a smooth customer experience.
12.Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer-related issues promptly.

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:

1.Bachelor’s degree in related field.
2.3 – 5 years of experience in accounting & customer service.
3.Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
4.Basic knowledge of VAT and relevant regulatory compliance.
5.Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
6.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and documentation.
7.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
8.Willingness to perform tasks outside of core accounting as part of a flexible team structure.
