We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Digital and Offset Printing Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, business development, and strategic growth of the printing division.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of the digital and offset printing operations.

Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and market share.

Ensure high-quality production standards and timely delivery of print jobs.

Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability of the division.

Manage and develop teams across sales, production, design, and customer service.

Build and maintain strong client relationships and explore new business opportunities.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the printing industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.

In-depth knowledge of digital and offset printing processes, machines, and market trends.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.

Proven track record in sales, operations, and team management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
