KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the greenfield Advanced Precision Machining & Remanufacturing Facility
Take full P&L responsibility for JV operations
Lead plant commissioning, operational readiness, ramp-up and scale-up
Oversee advanced CNC machining and remanufacturing operations
Drive API Q1, API Monogram and ISO certification requirements
Manage customer and EPC qualification, audits and technical discussions
Build and lead high-performance management teams
Drive Saudi localization and IKTVA objectives

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering
Master’s Degree preferred
18+ years of experience in precision machining and special processes
Minimum 10+ years of direct experience in Oil & Gas Upstream manufacturing or remanufacturing
Minimum 7+ years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility
Hands-on experience in API-certified facilities
Proven greenfield plant setup or large-scale expansion experience
GCC upstream experience preferred
