Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Catering to lead and manage the company’s catering operations and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the catering business, including client management, business development, food service operations, cost control, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the overall catering business and day-to-day operations.
Develop and implement operational and commercial strategies.
Manage P&L, budgets, revenue, and operating costs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Oversee catering contracts, service quality, and client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Saudi regulations.
Manage procurement, suppliers, logistics, and operational resources.
Lead, develop, and motivate management and operational teams.
Monitor KPIs and operational performance.
Improve efficiency, profitability, and service quality.
Prepare regular operational and financial reports for senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Catering, or a related field.
10–15+ years of experience in catering, food services, hospitality, or related industries.
Proven experience in a General Manager or senior operational leadership position.
Strong P&L and financial management experience.
Proven business development and client-management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing large teams and multi-site operations is preferred.
Good knowledge of the Saudi catering and hospitality market is preferred.
Must currently be based in Saudi Arabia.
Valid Saudi Iqama is required.
Transferable Iqama is preferred.
Immediate or short-notice availability is an advantage.
