Job Summary
The Government Relations Officer (GRO) is responsible for managing all government-related processes and labor administration activities. The role ensures smooth coordination with official authorities for visas, labor requirements, permits, and company compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all government-related transactions and documentation for employees and company operations
Manage visa processing, iqama issuance, renewals, and cancellations
Coordinate with labor offices, immigration, and other government authorities
Process and track work permits, labor approvals, and related documentation
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and government regulations
Maintain accurate records of employee legal documents and government submissions
Support HR and administration in employee onboarding and legal requirements
Follow up on pending government applications and approvals
Liaise with PRO services for smooth processing of official tasks
Stay updated with changes in government rules and regulations
Resolve issues related to labor and immigration matters
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as GRO/PRO in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and government procedures
Experience in handling visa, iqama, and labor office processes
Good communication skills in Arabic and English (preferred)
Strong documentation and coordination skills
