Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the guest experience team to ensure smooth and efficient valet operations.
Develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies that align with our valet service standards.
Address guest concerns and feedback swiftly, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
Collaborate with parking attendants, front desk staff, and client representatives to ensure high-quality service at all touchpoints.
Analyze guest satisfaction data and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold our commitment to exceptional service.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies to ensure a safe and efficient service environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality and customer service, ideally in a management role.
Experience in valet parking services or similar hospitality environments is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure environments, especially during peak hours or events.
Familiarity with guest management systems and hospitality software is an advantage.
