We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests.
You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/check-out, assisting with inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Maintain accurate guest records and update the system accordingly.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
Assist with reservations, billing, and payment processing.
Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a high standard of service at all times.
