Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Construction Engineering or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

Lead the complete construction-to-client handover process.
Manage snagging, de-snagging, defect closure, and final inspections.
Coordinate with Civil, MEP, QA/QC, finishing, and subcontractor teams.
Manage handover schedules and monitor readiness of residential units, villas, blocks, and common areas.
Coordinate with client/consultant representatives for inspection, certification, and final sign-off.
Ensure all handover and closeout documentation is completed before release.
Requirements
15+ years of relevant handover / residential construction / project closeout experience.
Proven experience managing residential units, villas, or large building projects.
Strong client coordination and team management skills.

GCC experience preferred.
Own Visa / Azad Visa preferred.

Candidates must be able to transfer their Iqama by themselves.
Immediate joiners required.
Candidates must be ready to relocate to Jeddah.
