Description
Assist the Head Baker in preparing high-quality breads, pastries, and desserts for premium catering events. Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation meet luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and desserts.
Follow recipes and maintain quality standards.
Support menu development and event production.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
Operate and care for baking equipment.
Requirements:
Diploma in Baking or Culinary Arts (preferred).
2+ years’ bakery or catering experience.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Team player with good time management.
Flexible schedule, including early mornings and events.
