We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef specialized in chocolate to join our team at our chocolate factory. As the Head Chef, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the chocolate production process, create innovative recipes, and ensure the highest quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the chocolate production team, ensuring efficient operations.
Develop unique and innovative chocolate recipes that reflect market trends and customer preferences.
Maintain strict compliance with quality and safety standards to ensure the production of premium products.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring the availability of all necessary raw materials.
Provide training and mentorship to new employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of final products meets company standards.
Stay informed on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to innovate new offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for promoting new chocolate products.
Prepare and manage the department's budget, monitoring expenses to stay within financial targets.
Research and develop new flavors or improve existing recipes to meet evolving consumer tastes.
Prepare periodic reports on production, quality control, and overall team performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the chocolate industry, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of raw materials and chocolate-making techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary: SAR 8,000.00 - SAR 10,000.00 per month (based on experience)
