About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Head Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations of a prestigious private villa in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing housekeeping teams within luxury hotels or private villas. This is a live-in position, offering a unique opportunity to work in a culturally rich and vibrant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Supervision and Management: Lead and manage a team of housekeepers, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency are consistently met.
•Attention to Detail: Maintain an exceptional eye for detail to ensure the villa is impeccably presented at all times.
•Hands-On Approach: Be prepared to step in and perform cleaning duties personally when necessary, or to cover for any maid in case of absence.
•Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to the housekeeping team to enhance their skills and performance.
•Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
•Communication: Liaise effectively with villa manager and other staff to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

•Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Head Housekeeper in a luxury hotel or VIP private villa.
•Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong organisational and management skills.
•Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of cultural norms and practices in Bahrain, with the ability to adapt accordingly.
•Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
