We are seeking a Healthcare Manager to oversee and coordinate daily operations within our healthcare facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee daily administrative and clinical operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Monitor facility performance and identify areas for improvement.

Staff Management:

Supervise and support healthcare staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Foster a collaborative and patient-focused work environment.

Patient Care Coordination:

Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with industry best practices.
Address patient concerns and implement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Oversee quality assurance and safety programs within the facility.

Financial Management:
Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
Assist in preparing financial and operational reports for senior management.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, administrative staff, and external vendors to align operational goals with patient care objectives.
Maintain relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies.

Technology & Process Improvement:

Implement and monitor electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare management systems.

Drive process improvements and digital initiatives for operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in healthcare management or hospital administration.
Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in healthcare software systems (EHR/EMR) and MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while ensuring compassionate patient care.
