Description
A healthcare services environment in Dubai offers an opportunity for a responsible Healthcare Officer to support patient services, coordinate routine healthcare activities, and assist in maintaining efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the smooth coordination of daily healthcare activities.
Assist patients and visitors with general inquiries and service-related requests.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, administrative teams, and other healthcare personnel.
Help organize appointments, patient visits, and routine service schedules.
Maintain and update healthcare records and administrative documentation.
Assist with preparing reports, forms, and internal healthcare-related documents.
Follow up on routine patient-service requirements and pending requests.
Coordinate information between different departments when necessary.
Assist healthcare staff with non-clinical administrative and operational tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational information.
Monitor basic office supplies, forms, and healthcare-related administrative materials.
Help identify routine operational issues and communicate them to the appropriate supervisor.
Support implementation of facility policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Maintain organized records and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
Contribute to a professional, respectful, and patient-focused environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Healthcare Management, Health Administration, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, healthcare facility, or medical administration is an advantage.
Freshers with relevant healthcare qualifications are welcome to apply.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with patients and healthcare personnel.
Responsible approach to confidential information.
Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple routine tasks and meet deadlines.
UAE/GCC healthcare experience is an advantage.
Relevant healthcare certification or licensing will be an advantage where applicable.
