Job involves safely operating large trucks to transport goods, requiring skills in route planning, vehicle inspection, secure loading/unloading, timely deliveries, and meticulous record-keeping, all while adhering to traffic laws and company safety protocols. Key duties include pre-trip checks, securing loads, completing paperwork, and communicating with dispatchers for efficient, on-time delivery, often covering long distances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Operation: Drive heavy Trucks, Trailers, Tankers safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Loading & Unloading: Supervise or assist in loading and unloading cargo, ensuring goods are secure and accurate.
• Route & Schedule Management: Plan efficient routes, monitor traffic, and adapt to delays for on-time delivery.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections (tires, oil, brakes) and report mechanical issues to maintenance personnel.
• Documentation: Complete and maintain logbooks, delivery receipts, and other transport documents accurately.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with dispatchers, clients, and other team members.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including those for hazardous materials, and report incidents.

Essential Skills & Qualities:

• Valid GCC driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of truck operation and basic maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail for paperwork and load security.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle long hours.
• Physical stamina for lifting and working in various conditions.
Salary BHD150.000 + Trip allowance.
