We are seeking experienced and skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to operate and maintain advanced pile driving machines (e.g., Hengxing HXR5 Crawler Solar Hydraulic Pile Drivers) and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Rigs.

You will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of machinery for various construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Safely operate pile driving and/or HDD machinery according to project specifications.
* Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance.
* Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and site regulations.
* Collaborate with the project team to meet operational targets.

Requirements:

* Proven experience operating heavy machinery, specifically pile drivers and/or HDD rigs.
* Valid heavy equipment operator's license/certifications.
* Strong understanding of machinery mechanics and troubleshooting.
* Commitment to safety and quality work.
* Ability to work in challenging outdoor environments.
