Job Responsibilities

Establish and lead a heavy logistics market development team in the UAE. Develop regional market expansion strategies based on local regulations, market competition, and customer demand to achieve business targets.

Conduct in-depth research on the heavy transportation market in the UAE and GCC region. Focus on identifying potential clients in key industries such as energy, infrastructure, and petrochemicals (including EPC contractors, equipment manufacturers, and port operators), and build a comprehensive market demand database.

Lead the development, negotiation, and contract signing process with target clients. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular visits and communication, explore long-term cooperation potential, and build a stable and sustainable client partnership ecosystem.

Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized heavy transportation solutions for clients and participate in commercial negotiations related to project proposals.

Summarize market development experience, propose business optimization recommendations, and provide data-driven support for the company’s regional strategic adjustments.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics market development or sales, including at least 2 years focused on heavy transportation, heavy equipment logistics, or project logistics. Experience in the UAE market is preferred.

Familiar with the characteristics of the heavy transportation industry and basic performance of transport equipment such as SPT (Self-Propelled Transporters) and low-bed trailers. Knowledge of local trade regulations and logistics infrastructure. Existing local client resources or industry networks are preferred.

Strong market development mindset and client acquisition capability. Skilled in business negotiation and contract execution, with the ability to independently manage the full process from client engagement to project implementation. Proven track record of successfully securing major project clients.

Experience leading a market team of no fewer than five members. Experience in building a market team from scratch (0–1 setup) is preferred.

Strong English communication skills (fluent in speaking, reading, and writing). Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
