Description
Requirements:
Must be available for immediate joining.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, related field (preferred).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Helpdesk/Facilities Management.
Knowledge of CAFM/CMMS systems (Maximo, Archibus, or equivalent).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
