Description
A Hotel Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel, ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. Key responsibilities include:
Cleaning Guest Rooms: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens, towels, and toiletries.
Public Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain common areas like lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and elevators.
Laundry: Wash, dry, and fold linens and towels used by guests.
Restocking Supplies: Replenish cleaning supplies and guest amenities as needed.
Reporting Maintenance Issues: Inform management of any maintenance issues or damages in rooms or public areas.
Safety and Hygiene: Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff.
