Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing housekeeping operations at a high-end hospitality property, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.
Location: Riyadh & Jeddah – Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 6,500 – 7,500 (Full Package)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a 4 or 5-star hotel (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain quality and service standards.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation meet brand requirements.
Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and linen.
Create and implement cleaning schedules and checklists.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching for improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
Must Have Valid and Transferable Iqama.
Can Join ASAP.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to train and develop team members effectively.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
