Description
Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred, as fluency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.)
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest services
Supervise staff performance and provide ongoing training and motivation
Monitor occupancy rates and implement strategies to increase revenue
Handle budgeting, financial reports, and cost control
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hospitality role
Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Strong financial and operational management background
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
