We are looking for motivated and service-oriented Hotel Staff to join our team and support hospitality operations within the school premises or affiliated accommodation facilities.

The ideal candidates should be professional, courteous, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operations of the school’s guesthouse, dormitory, or hospitality area

Welcome and assist guests, parents, and visitors courteously

Ensure rooms, dining areas, and common spaces are clean and well-maintained

Support housekeeping, front desk, and room service duties as needed

Handle guest inquiries and provide prompt assistance

Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure smooth operations

Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times

Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or administration

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hotel, guesthouse, or hospitality environment (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision

Basic English communication skills (Arabic or other languages is a plus)

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
