We are a friendly Bahraini couple based in Aali, Bahrain, expecting our first baby in December and looking for a reliable, caring live-in housekeeper with cooking skills to join our household long-term.

The Role

The role is currently housekeeping and cooking. It would be a bonus if the candidate had some experience with children and as a nanny, but not totally essential. Candidates over the age of 35 are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

⁠General cleaning, tidying, laundry, and keeping the home in order.
⁠Cooking or a genuine willingness to learn our preferences.
⁠Caring for our small, friendly Shih Tzu.
⁠Newborn care from December, including feeding assistance, bathing, and day-to-day baby support.

What We Are Looking For

⁠Female-only candidates
Must already be based in Bahrain and looking to transfer starting August.
⁠Must love dogs.
⁠Warm and nurturing with comfort around newborns.
Honest, trustworthy, and takes initiative.
⁠Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

What We Offer

Starting salary of BD 170 per month
Weekly days off (days to be agreed)
⁠Live-in accommodation and food provided.
