As we continue to uphold our commitment to excellence, we are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team as Housekeeping Attendants.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, Suites, and public areas according to established standards and procedures.

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including making beds, changing linens, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and counter tops.

Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms, such as toiletries, Towels, and linens.

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.

Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.

Follow safety protocols and use proper cleaning techniques and equipment to prevent accidents and injuries.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.

Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor or management.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred but not required.

Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as mattresses and furniture.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
