Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated, hardworking, and service-oriented Housekeeping/Room Attendants to join our 5-star hospitality team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout guest rooms and assigned areas while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas to 5-star hotel standards.
Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to hotel standards.
Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost and found items to the supervisor.
Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.
Respond politely and professionally to guest requests.
Follow hotel health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
Work effectively as part of the housekeeping team.
Perform duties according to assigned shifts and operational requirements.

Requirements
Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel/resort is preferred.
Basic English communication skills.
Well-groomed, hardworking, and physically fit.
Positive attitude and guest-oriented approach.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Flexible to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
