We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor with strong experience in hotel housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will not only ensure high cleaning standards but also lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service. A valid driving license is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure hotel cleanliness standards are consistently met.

Conduct regular room and area inspections.

Train, guide, and support new and existing housekeeping team members.

Assign tasks, manage schedules, and monitor daily performance.

Ensure proper use of housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials.

Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and request replenishments when needed.

Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering/maintenance team.

Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor (hotel background preferred).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.

Detail-oriented, fast, and highly organized.

Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Must be currently based in Jeddah.

Driving license is a plus.
