Description
Location: Riyadh Region
Qualifications & Requirements:
Required Nationalities: Indian, Bangladeshi, Nepali only.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader in the hospitality sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff.
Knowledge of cleaning standards, safety, and hygiene procedures.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Flexibility to work in shifts and under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations in a (hotel).
Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
