The Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor - Public area, your role is to serve the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by supporting the management of the hotel's Housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are well maintained and cleaned, and providing guests and employees with a safe and orderly environment.
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the appearance and environment of all guest rooms meets the highest standards as set by Red Sea Global Hospitality. He or she trains, leads, and works with all housekeeping associates to provide exceptionally clean, neat, and well-maintained guest rooms and corridors. The supervisor also manages the room attendants on the floor and public area attendants on the hotel public area and conducts inspections daily.
