Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support daily HR operations and ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws.
The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain, ready to join immediately, and experienced in handling expatriate employee processes and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR administrative functions and documentation
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings and interview scheduling
Process employee requests related to leave, attendance, and benefits
Assist in payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee data
Handle visa processing, renewals, and other expatriate documentation
Liaise with government authorities and relevant portals as required
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
Must be currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and HR best practices
Experience handling expatriate employee processes (visa, LMRA procedures, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Expatriate Requirements
Valid work visa or transferable visa within Bahrain
Experience working in the GCC region preferred
Familiarity with local HR compliance and documentation processes
Ability to handle multicultural workforce environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with government portals (e.g., LMRA, GOSI)
Familiarity with HR software or ERP systems
