Job Purpose
The HR Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting the end-to-end HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on ensuring compliance with HR policies and local labor laws. Arabic fluency is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, payroll, and offboarding.
Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS systems.
Support recruitment by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing offers.
Coordinate onboarding programs and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Track attendance, leave, and other HR metrics for reporting and compliance.
Assist in performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, handling them professionally and confidentially.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and employee relations.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and Saudi labor law.
Experience in payroll processing and HR systems/HRIS.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (Arabic is a must).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
