Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in daily administrative and HR-related tasks.

The role involves assisting with recruitment, employee documentation, payroll support, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

Support the onboarding process for new hires.

Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, and memos.

Assist in processing payroll and leave management.

Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Coordinate training sessions, staff activities, and performance review processes.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of HR or administrative experience (freshers with HR training may also be considered).

Knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor law is an advantage.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
