Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department.

The HR Assistant will assist with day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow in the office.

Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment activities such as posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and memos.

Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee attendance and leave records.

Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.

Help organize staff events, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Ensure confidentiality of HR and employee information at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is an advantage.
