Description

We are currently hiring an HR assistant for an IT company in Seef. The details are as follows:

Requirements:

1. Candidate with minimum 2 years of experience
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Dealing with all related ministries of Bahrain and GOSI, LMRA, CPR.
2. Handling LMRA applications for new visa processing, work permit renewals/cancellations, mobility etc
3. Office Staff On-Boarding, Documentation, Employee Files
4. Coordination for Opening of Bank Account.
5. Staff time cards calculation for payroll, OT, free Visa staff OT & submit to HR
6. Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
7. Handling the complete cycle of recruitment
