Description

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Senior Hr Administrator, Talent Acquisition, for a permanent opportunity to work with our HR function.
The Talent Recruitment Specialist has the role and task of recruiting talented new employees for a given company. This job requires the individual to have excellent communication skills. The primary responsibility of a talent recruitment specialist is screening, sourcing, interviewing, and determining the ideal candidate for a position in their company. The specialist may also have the responsibility of creating a recruiting policy for the company. The job is generally indoors, where the majority of time is spent making phone calls or doing internet research to try to find potential candidates.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required:

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Familiarity with labor laws
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Job Role & Responsibilities : -

Manage full life cycle recruiting needs for assigned coverage areas.
Oversee candidate flow for all active and exploratory searches.
Partner with hiring managers within coverage areas to identify needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Act as an advisor and liaison between managers and external vendors.
Conduct recruitment and selection process for approved vacancies of all levels assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Create and foster relationships with professional organizations to attract and recruit diverse candidates.
Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, client groups and vendors.
Deliver recruitment solutions in line with the firm's business principles, and drive divisional diversity efforts and initiatives.
Develop external contacts to stay abreast of new hiring industry practices, market intelligence, benchmarking, and talent opportunities
Conduct follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with hiring managers and new hires.
Manage Recruiting Coordinator(s) and Sourer(s) on day-to-day activities and projects.
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the information on the recruiting database.
