Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations
Handle Ajeer system processes and documentation
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
Address employee grievances professionally and confidentially
Support HR administration and day-to-day operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Key Responsibilities Datta Entry :
Inputting Data Accurately
Entering information into computer systems or databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintaining Records
Keeping files, documents, and records organized and up to date for easy access and reference.
Verifying Data
Checking data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies and correcting them when needed.
Data Management
Updating, editing, and managing existing data to ensure it remains accurate and relevant.
Confidentiality
Handling sensitive information carefully and maintaining privacy and security at all times.
Generating Reports
Preparing basic reports, summaries, or spreadsheets based on the entered data.
Using Software Tools
Working with tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, or other database systems to perform data entry tasks efficiently.
Meeting Deadlines
Completing tasks within the given time frame while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Proven experience in HR coordination or similar role
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws
Hands-on experience with Ajeer system
Familiarity with attendance and payroll systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
