Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator (Saudi National Only) to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of HR administrative tasks, including recruitment support, employee records management, onboarding/offboarding, and HR reporting. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes in compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital) in HR systems.
Coordinate employee benefits, attendance, and leave tracking.
Help prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
Assist in organizing training and development activities.
Ensure HR processes comply with Saudi Labor Law and company regulations.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support payroll process with relevant data collection and documentation.
Participate in internal audits and HR compliance initiatives.
Liaise with government portals (e.g., GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad) as needed.

Qualifications:

Saudi National (This position is open to Saudi citizens only, in line with Saudization regulations).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in an HR role or similar administrative function.
Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is a plus).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred:
Experience in a multinational or large local company.
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
Knowledge of digital platforms like Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
