Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department in managing daily HR operations.

The role involves assisting with recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training coordination, and maintaining HR records.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
Assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs
Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures
Prepare HR reports and assist in performance management activities
Organize staff engagement activities and support HR initiatives
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role
Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/HRIS preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:
Office-based role
Standard working hours with occasional overtime during peak HR activities
