About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR cum Admin Officer to handle human resources activities and administrative support for our operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will manage employee records, recruitment, documentation, office administration, and provide day-to-day support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Handle full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding.
• Maintain employee files, contracts, HR letters, and attendance records.
• Support payroll preparation (timesheets, leave records, deductions).
• Manage GOSI, medical insurance, and employee benefits.
• Assist in performance management, disciplinary actions, and HR policies.
• Coordinate staff onboarding/offboarding and visa/iqama renewals (with PRO support).

Administration

• Manage office operations, supplies, facility arrangements, travel bookings.
• Draft letters, memos, reports, and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support management activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor law.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant HR and admin experience in Saudi Arabia (preferred).
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and HR documentation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• English mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
