Job Description:

We are seeking an HR Generalist to manage and support HR operations across the organization. The candidate must be locally available in Bahrain and have knowledge of Bahrain labor law.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records and documentation
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws and internal policies
Assist with payroll, attendance, and performance management
Handle employee queries and support HR initiatives

Requirements:

Knowledge of Bahrain labor law
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
Locally available in Bahrain
