Description
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to lead and manage our HR operations in Jubail, KSA. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic HR management, bulk recruitment, and a deep understanding of Saudi labour laws. This role involves overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR strategy development, to support the company’s growth and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including bulk hiring to meet staffing demands.
3. Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
4. Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and company policies.
5. Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
6. Provide guidance on HR best practices, employee relations, and performance management.
7. Maintain accurate employee records and manage payroll processes in line with local regulations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
3. Strong knowledge of Saudi labour laws and HR regulations.
4. Demonstrated experience in bulk recruitment and talent acquisition.
5. Excellent strategic thinking, organizational, and leadership skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
