Government Platforms: Hands-on experience with Saudi labor systems (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, HRSD/MHRSD).

Labor Compliance: Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law (contracts, leaves, and End of Service Benefits - EOSB).

Saudization (Nitaqat): Ability to monitor and maintain company quota levels.

Languages: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
