Description

The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and compliance. This role is key in aligning HR strategies with company goals and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Manage hiring processes, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
Employee Relations: Act as a liaison for employees and management, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer salary, benefits, and payroll, ensuring market competitiveness.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years in HR.
Skills: Strong knowledge of HR laws, excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Nationality: Saudi (Male & Female)
